Midtown Convergence focuses not only on development of physical assets, but also on the growth of communities. Our principals include Christopher L. McCoy of C.L. McCoy Framing Co. and Omari Y. Patterson of ACRES28, LLC. Baltimore City based C.L. McCoy Framing was founded by Mr. McCoy in 1988 as a subcontracting construction firm, and has grown into a full service general contractor and joint- developer. In addition to his academic endeavors, Mr. Patterson has spent many years on development projects along the East Coast including his numerous years working on the State Center project.
