Attached is a copy of the PowerPoint Presentation that was given at the three EDUCATE meetings that were held in June and July.  This Presentation discusses many of the existing conditions at State Center -- from both a physical and human capital perspective.  The information contained within it will be helpful in the upcoming VISION and PLAN phases of the CityScaping process.

This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"), was executed by the Maryland Department of General Services, acting on behalf of the State of Maryland, and the State Center LLC on July 10, 2007. It sets forth the general understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the process for developing a Master Development Agreement for Transit Oriented Development at State Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

This download provides an up-to-date CityScaping Schedule and other relevant information about the public process at State Center.

This is a brief overview of the work to date, through July 2007, with a description of the due-dilgence activities and the CityScaping process.  This document is periodically updated and was most recently distrbuted at third and final EDUCATE session.

Please contact your state officials now if you are interested in supporting the State Center project before the June 3rd board of public works meeting. 

This presentation was used on both CityScaping Meetings regarding traffic.
