Development Partners

State Center, LLC 's development team comprises of Preston Street Partners (PSP) as Master Developer, McCormack Baron Salazar (MBS) a specialist in mixed income multifamily development, and a minority partner to be identified by October 2009.   Struever Bros Eccles & Rouse will now serve as development consultant. The public private partnership consists of neighborhood representatives, local institutional stakeholders, State & City agencies, and elected officals coming together with a common vision through a collaborative process to redevelop State Center.

A project as large and as multi-faceted as State Center requires a team with broad experience and with a deep understanding of how well-designed, mixed-use urban projects best come together and be successful. State Center is fortunate to have such a team.
